Australian Banking & Finance Industries Remuneration Report

The Banking and Finance Industries Salaries and Benefits Survey began in May 1987. It was designed to provide a reference to the trends in salaries and benefits within banks, finance companies, building societies and other related organisations.
The survey has evolved considerably over the past ten years. The latest survey, published in April 2011, has more than 36,000 lines of salaries and benefits information and 37 contributors from a wide range of organisations within the banking and finance industries. This has enabled Hewitt to publish 187 salaries and benefits tables.
Contributors include banks, finance companies, building societies, credit unions, asset managers and other related organisations.

How to Participate    Participating is easy. Simply complete and return the Remuneration Report Order Form available below.
Access to this report is available exclusively through participation. Data capture titles will be forwarded to you on receipt of your Order Form.
 
Data Submission    The provision of your organisation's remuneration data is a condition of participation in Hewitt salary surveys. This ensures the veracity of the data provided in the Remuneration Report. Our customised data input software 'Rapid Rem' makes submitting remuneration data a simple process.
